The surrogacy journey occurs in a few phases:
Preliminary screening: We conduct a one-on-one consultation, background check, psychological evaluation, and home visit. These steps ensure you will have a high chance of approval by our agency and an IVF clinic.
Profile Building: You will also create a profile alongside our team complete with health information, personality questions, requested compensation, and journey preferences.
Matching: Once complete, your profile is shared with intended parents who align with your preferences. When a parent or couple is interested, we facilitate a meeting and confirm a match if you mutually agree to move forward.
Medical screening: Conducted at your intended parents’ IVF clinic after a match, they will review your health history and current benchmarks to approve you for a safe journey.
Legal contracts: At this stage, you and your match will review and sign legal agreements with our help.
IVF & transfer: Once cleared, you begin fertility medications and follow the transfer calendar prescribed by your IVF clinic. We’ll be here to coordinate travel, give advice, and help you every step of the way!

At our agency, you set your desired compensation at whatever amount you are comfortable with. Genesis Surrogates can receive a baseline of $60,000 from their successful journey up to $100,000+ depending on match, location, and other various factors.

Once your profile and records are complete, matching can take anywhere from a few days to six weeks. We always have intended parents waiting for a match, so many approved surrogates see instant requests.
